Processing of personal data for external clients and contacts

We feel it’s important that you feel safe when submitting your personal information to us. We always process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). We process your personal information to provide our services, meet relevant agreements and manage our business relationship with you. Furthermore, personal data is also processed to provide you with news, information, and marketing about our and other similar services. We may use personal information to improve and develop our websites and services.

    1. What personal information do we process and how?

Our clients’ personal data are kept for the coordination and execution of the services we offer. With the help of Dropbox and Google Drive we can provide, streamline and protect our services.

In our CRM (Hubspot) system, we handle prospects and our existing clients’ data in order to keep a sales dialogue and perform the services they have ordered, including follow-ups on these services.

We scan our CRM-system once a year for idle prospects and other unnecessary contacts and delete them in order to only hold relevant prospect and client contact data.

In addition to the information of existing clients, we also store contact information for contacts who have given their explicit consent. We will remove all information about the client/contact in our CRM system, which is fitted with a specific GDPR-secured removal feature that eliminates all information. The contact whose data we store is entitled to, at any time, request extracts, correct existing information, and request that personal data not be used for direct marketing purposes. Additionally, clients/contacts also have the right to deny any kind of contact from our page.

The type of personal data we store include:
    Contact details
    Position in business/current employment position
Type of customer (company or private)
    Mail: History and Content
Manually recorded phone calls (Note. no voice recordings, notes only)
History, internal information, and notes regarding client/contact information, wishes, etc.

    2. For what purpose do we process personal data?

To be able to perform our high-quality services as well as to direct relevant information to the client/contact

To send and forward e-mail messages about programs and campaigns to a contact, however only to those who give consent for us to reach out to them.

    3. We do not distribute your personal information

We do not send, sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or by law required to do so. We may use your personal information to send out third party marketing information that we think may be of interest to you, however only if you wish to receive such information.

We may store your personal data with companies that process personal information for Swedish for Professionals, such as IT providers and partners. Personal data may also be disclosed if it is necessary to (a) comply with applicable law, regulations, legal processes or request from executive authority; (b) safeguard the Swedish legal interests of the Professionals, or (c) detect, prevent or otherwise pay attention to fraud, security or technical problems. Swedish for Professionals takes organizational and technical security measures to ensure that personal data are handled safely, with an adequate level of protection comparable to and at the same level as the protection offered in the EU / EEA.
